1. Location

Location: Session Room 1 (Grand Ballroom II+III) & Session Room 2 (Grand Ballroom I), B1, West Tower, Grand Hyatt Incheon

When you arrive at the conference venue, please visit the registration desk directly. You will receive the name tag there.

Please visit the Preview Room (Drawing Room 2) and check the final version of your presentation file at least 1 hour before
your session begins to check that your file appears properly. A technician will be on stand-by to assist you

2. Presenting Time

Each presenter will conduct the presentation in the session room onsite at the designated date and time.

Presenting time was announced in the detailed guidelines sent individually via e-mail.

3. Presentation File Format

Invited Lecture: The first page of the presentation file should include the lecture title and the speaker’s information (name, affiliation, etc.)

Best Abstract Award, Oral Presentation: The first page of the presentation file should include the title, authors, and contact email as stated in the submitted abstract.

Format Microsoft PowerPoint File (.ppt, .pptx / MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016)
Screen Ratio 16:9 (wide screen) in landscape orientation
Font Standard Windows fonts provided by MS Office (font size: 14 points) (other fonts may not appear properly)
* If not, please bring the font file(s) with the presentation file(s).
Video File
(Not Essential)
If your presentation file includes videos, we recommend that you bring your presentation file with the original video
files in Window Media Video (WMV) format.
Language English
Submission Method Please bring your PowerPoint presentation file with you on a USB memory stick and submit it at the Preview Room on the day of
your presentation (at least 1 hour before your session starts).
4. How to Submit Your Presentation File

Bring your PowerPoint presentation file on a USB memory stick and visit the preview room (Drawing Room 2, B1) to submit the file at least 1 hour before your
session starts

* Please note that usage of individual laptops is not permitted.

LT Updates 2025 will display E-Posters in MS PowerPoint format only. Please refer to the information below and submit your E-Poster file.

2. Poster Display Schedule and Location

The posters will be exhibited throughout the LT Updates 2025 period.

There is no presentation time slot for the Poster Exhibition. (Only Exhibition)

Date September 5 (Fri) – 6 (Sat), 2025
Location Grand Salon III + Meeting Room Foyer, B1, West Tower, Grand Hyatt Incheon

3. Schedule of Poster Exhibition

If a poster is not mounted by 11:40 Sep. 5, it may be considered as a no-show poster.

    September 6 (Sat) 09:00 - 17:40

4. Poster Format

The top of the poster should include the title, authors, and contact email as stated in the submitted abstract.

Information
Please be sure to include ‘Poster Number’, ‘Name of Authors’, ‘Abstract Title’, ‘Affiliation’, ‘Country’
in large letters centered at the top of your poster.
Language English only
Media Images/photos, graphs and tables can be included in the poster.

Please bring the printed copy for the poster exhibition.

Include abstract title, author names, affiliation, and country centered at the top in large letters of the poster

The poster number will be placed at the top of the poster board.

Find your designated mounting spot based on the poster number.

Materials for mounting the posters (adhesive tapes) will be provided by the secretariat.

Presenting authors should mount posters on their designated board during the assigned time.

Failure to do so will be considered a no-show.

All posters must remain on display according to the schedule.

Presenting authors are responsible for mounting and removing poster according to above schedule.

Note that any posters left after the exhibition schedule ends will be discarded by the secretariat.
If you wish to keep your poster, please make sure to remove it yourself in accordance with the removal schedule.

5. Poster Printing Service

If you have trouble printing and bringing a poster to the conference site, we recommend using the service from “FOSTER”. They will print and deliver your poster to
LT Updates 2025 conference site for you to pick up.
