When you arrive at the congress venue, please visit the registration desk directly. You will receive the name tag there.
Please visit the Preview Room (opposite Room 1, B1) and check the final version of your presentation file at least 1 hour
before your session begins to check that your file appears properly. A technician will be on stand-by to assist you.
2. Presenting TimeEach presenter will conduct the presentation in the session room onsite at the designated date and time.
Presenting time will be announced in the detailed guidelines sent individually via e-mail.

3. Presentation File FormatInvited Lecture: The first page of the presentation file should include the lecture title and the speaker’s information (name, affiliation, etc.)
Best Abstract Award, Oral Presentation, Video Presentation: The first page of the presentation file should include the title, authors,
and contact email as stated in the submitted abstract.

4. How to Submit Your Presentation File
Bring your PowerPoint presentation file on a USB memory stick and visit the preview room (opposite Room 1, B1) to submit the file a
least 1 hour before your session starts.
* Please note that usage of individual laptops is not permitted.

The first page of the e-poster file should include the title, authors, and contact email as stated in the submitted abstract.
LT Updates 2026 will display e-posters in type of MS PowerPoint file only.
