The Organizing Committee of the Liver Transplantation Updates 2025 (LT Updates 2025) invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for the congress. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. All abstracts must be submitted via online submission system. Please carefully read the guidelines below before submitting your abstract(s).

    Confirmation

    After uploading the required
    abstract content, a confirmation
    letter will be sent to both the
    presenting author and
    corresponding author via email.

    To review or modify your

    An acceptance notice will
    be sent to the submitter,

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Language: English

Submission Method: Online submission

Presentation Type: Oral presentation / Poster exhibition
*The Scientific Committee may change your presentation type after reviewing the abstract.

Structure: Background (Objective) / Method(s) / Result(s) / Conclusion

Length: Maximum 300 words

Figure/Table: One image file (.jpg, .jpeg) including figures or tables is allowed per abstract.

Abstract Review/Modification: Abstract review or modification is only available until the abstract submission due date

Notifications

Upon abstract submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the submitter and the presenting author.

The acceptance notification will be sent to the submitter, the presenting author, and the corresponding author on July 9 (Wed), 2025, via e-mail.

Upon acceptance of abstracts, presenting authors will be required to register within the presenter registration due date (to be announced) and present their abstracts.

Withdrawal policy

If the presenting author of the accepted abstract does not register by the presenter registration due date (to be announced), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you wish to withdraw an abstract, please send an email to the secretariat (secretariat@ltupdates.org) as soon as possible to request the withdrawal.
