The Organizing Committee of the Liver Transplantation Updates 2024 welcomes all interested individuals to submit abstracts for the congress. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. All abstracts must be submitted via online submission system.
Please read below guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract(s).

    STEP 01 Sign-up and Log-in

    Sign up and log in to this website. If you are already signed-up on this website, you can use the account for your abstract submission.

    STEP 02 Submission and Confirmation

    After uploading the required abstract contents, a confirmation letter will be sent to the presenting author and corresponding author via email.

    To review or modify your submitted abstract(s), visit 'My Page'.

Oral presentation / Poster Presentation (Mini-Oral) / Poster Exhibition
*The Scientific Committee may change your presentation type after reviewing the abstract.

Structure: Background (Objective) / Method(s) / Result(s) / Conclusion

Length: Maximum 300 words

One image file (.jpg, .jpeg) containing a figure, a table or a picture is allowed per abstract.

Abstract review or modification is only available until the abstract submission due date (May 29, 2024)

Notifications

Upon abstract submission, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the submitter and the presenting author.

The acceptance notification will be sent to the submitter, the presenting author, and the corresponding author on June 26 (Wed), 2024 via e-mail.

Upon acceptance of abstracts, presenting authors will be expected to register within the presenter registration due date (to be announced) and present their abstracts.

Withdrawal policy

If the presenting author of the accepted abstract does not register by the presenter registration due date (to be announced), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please request to have it withdrawn by sending an email to the secretariat as soon as possible.
